It is a good thing I am honest, because Miami Valley is NOT.
I meant $59.90, seriously? She is just going to take my word for it? and then manually enter it in the system. She rights it down on a notebook paper and says they will add it in manually in an hour. I wait in line with the rest of the Miami Valley patron's to have the lady ask me, how much did it give you? I tell her $5.19. After waiting in line AGAIN, they tell me computer upgrade, wait a half an hour. Only problem was they computer did not put the value on my players card. Today Tuesday at noon, I at least got to see the Buckeyes on the screen and was able to feel like I had a random choice in selecting a buckeye, and ended up with $5.19 in free play. How is this possible? ALL 5 Buckeyes were valued at $5.00? that does not meet their promo guidelines. I put it in a machine and saw that they had given me $5.00. This promo started last week on Tuesday 211/2020- Not only did the Buckeyes not come up on the screens (They blamed a new computer upgrade and they were sorry), after waiting in line to see what was going on, the lady at the counter took my card back to her Supervisor and said that he put the highest amount I was eligible for on my card. Miami puts out a flyer, come in and on every Tuesday starting at noon, when you put your players card in a machine you get to choose from one of 5 Buckeyes on your screen and it will award you anywhere from $5.00 to $1,000 in Free Play.
